blissful few days...
the past few days have been great for me. the source of negative energy was away. :)) got a call from nanyang primary that they will like to continue with their jewellery making sessions. one group of beginners and the earlier group will like to continue to advance. can't wait to start with them. the teachers are really fun people to be with.
the next event i will be looking forward to is NEXT SATURDAY...another full day craft session. someone booked the function room in her condo. there should be about 8 or 10 of us. hehe...can't wait.
finishing another knitwear. that's another item to strike off my list. so happy.
all these happy things happening and i realised that i may have put on some weight! oh no. my clothes are back to the same fit as when i was working. oh no oh no...how? start watching what i eat and continue with the training. oh yes, i completed 5km of the ShapeRun! what an achievement considering that i was all exhausted after abt 1km during the first training. it is just so amazing. the progress in just 10 sessions of training in 5 weeks. shows just how much we can achieve once we put our mind to it. haha...i shall put my mind to getting fit again i.e. losing the fats. going to weigh myself in the office tomorrow. this is going to be interesting.
