so much to update
so much to update that i don't know where to start. let me try...
1. the job front - nothing much exciting yet. doing things that nobody wants to do which is not too bad because i am making some people happier. i also do get to know more people and many are getting to know me which is good. meeting people is interesting. getting things done is satisfying. what's irritating is when asked to organise something and have someone take over when all foundation work is done. *sigh* whatever...what's important is what i have learnt and achieved from doing the task and YES...i can say i have learnt something at the end of everyday.
2. what i love most about doing this job is i get to see all my friends. :))
3. my passion - have not been doing many accessories lately but have been happy in this area because i finished one piece of knitwear and have started on another one and have identified a pattern for another one. i even found a website with free knitting and crochet patterns - www.interweave.com. go have a look because they also have other crafts. have not really explored it myself though. satisfaction is also being able to share what i know with many many people. i feel very happy seeing many having fun and coming up with their own ideas and i must say they never amaze me. everyone can be creative and no creative idea is too crazy to materialise. everything starts with a vision.
4. way forward for me - learn as much as i can now and continue taking action, continue taking small steps towards what i want to achieve. must make a conscious effort to continue doing that. sometimes, the mind is willing but the body is not but then, the mind is powerful. what you see in your mind is what you get.
5. something to share - have a clear vision of what you want and make your decisions around it. everything then becomes more worthwhile doing. just read somewhere - in my own words - invest your time and money, don't just spend them because what is spent doesn't come back, what's invested comes back in multiples. looks simple but not easy to understand. haha...then must read this book "Wink and Grow Rich" which is an easy-to-read book.
6. my thoughts - to be continued or i may not make it on time to office tomorrow.
