my journey to cell group meeting
it's a nice relaxed day today. makes all the difference to stay connected with the universe at the start of the day. my bus journey from ubi to pasir panjang, though long was easy going. not that traffice was good, it was the usual heavy traffic but somehow everyone seems to be in a more relaxed mood. maybe because it's friday. :)
in the morning, saw the security uncle doing orientation for someone new. they were on their bicycles, slowly cycling and talking. can see the pride on his face. he is proud of his job. something seldom seen nowadays.
just like i was enjoying my journey and looking forward to cell group meeting, many were making their way home or to meet up with friends. most were relaxed and happy.
passed geylang and there were lots of food outlets. same at bugis. looks like food is everywhere in singapore. different crowd in bugis though. they were more dressed up. the crowd in geylang were more casually dressed.
watching all these, i started thinking about some non-related stuff like have we outgrown our house?
what do i want in my house/home? the answers were very standard.
what i want my house/home to do for me? now the mind works differently...now it's doing some serious thinking.
