what i have been noticing...
CNY holidays .... a good break for me. really miss the times when i can sit somewhere with a drink and just read or craft or just watch. it was really nice to see so many parents and children having good meal conversation when i was at burger king for lunch on the 2nd day. parenting is a different set of skills now as compared to what it was years ago. no more "hard sell" of ideas. it's all discussions and listening to opinions from both sides. nice to see more parents listening to what the children want rather than what they want. :)
anyway, things are going to be different for me from next month onwards....going for School of Theology. it's going to be different for my family as well. i'm taking a step of faith. it's going to be tough on the kids as income will be extremely limited. faith...that's all i have.
