the last week...

christmas celebration in the office - it was a comfortable and relaxed gathering of office colleagues with food and music and a video testimony. it was good for a first time, it shall get better every year. i think everyone in the company is really blessed. office politics aside, bp is not a bad company to work for. it's tough compared to years ago but then where else is it not tough??

danzation 2008 - dance production by dance group NRA from ngee ann poly. always amazed at how they can move their body. it's like every part is independent on it's own! was seated at the 6th row this year, close up view. hee...my elder girl's one of the dancers and choreographers. have a look the following video - the importance of precision...angle body is bent, height of where the hands should be, how high the kick should be, timing of each and every move, everything. it's all the hard work especially in a big group but can tell each and everyone of them was having so much fun. will put up some more videos of the wonderful performance another day.

gift exchange at sakae on 25 dec after closing - all the laughter and food and drinks. they are a bunch of crazy ppl.

finally...

my contract job has ended - i was getting a little "paiseh", like an "overstayer", if there is such a word. it has been really fun and wish i could stay longer.
i'm going to start on a small scale some "do what you feel like doing" craft sessions for the public. not sure how it's going to be like but i'm going to just follow the flow. details in www.star-guidance.blogspot.com
i'm getting more popularly known as the "workforce calefare". i like this title and i love all the jobs i have been in. just realised that all the experience has helped me to relate better with people because i have more to share and talk about! hee...
started on a ministry in church - the Greeters' ministry - while waiting to be enrolled into the one i've registered for. it's quite fun, welcoming ppl to church and chatting them up. have to learn some pick-up lines. :)
