know what you want and get what you want
"know what you want" - is this enough? apparently not. it has to be "know what you REALLY REALLY want". this is the message i got from a seminar by Jack M Zufelt, author of "The DNA of Success", that i attended on friday night. must want it 100% and actions will happen to achieve what you want. anything less than that and you will be shortchanging yourself.
started questioning my actions to achieve my goal in life. it has been mediocre. i have made some advancement but there are also times when i procrastinate and find "excuses" to do it later or not to do it at all. what do i really want? i know what i want and i also know i can do more. i'm clear on that. next question will be "is this desire at the 100% mark"? i'm going to put this knowledge to what i have learnt in EAP about discipline in the different aspects of my life. question myself till i get to the Core Desires for every aspect and work on it. thought about it immediately after attending the 2nd talk by Jack on saturday morning, started taking action and am already seeing results. it's interesting how discipline comes naturally once that is in place.
plus what i learnt in today's message at church:
- Love is Unity and Selfishness is Division
- We are where we are for a reason
- Our actions should be from who we are and we should not become what we do
Everything points to "actions must come from the heart". Be sincere, be selfless and everything will fall in place. the Lord will provide. yes, i'm going back to the house of GOD. it's about time. i've been away for too long.
*Lord, your servant is coming back. use me and guide me so that i can be your beacon of light for all to see.*

perfection, precision and trust
this has to be the ultimate in mastery...understand this husband and wife couple took 8 years to perfect this performance. watch only when you have time to enjoy and appreciate it because it's perfection to the end.
