who do we pray for?
when someone's in a critical condition...in intensive care...doctor's doing all they can
many pray for them to get past that stage and get well soon. will the prayers be answered? yes, all prayers are answered. it's just if we are asking the right questions. at times like the above, i feel we shd be praying for the best to happen, the best for the family because only He knows because He's the Way, the Truth and the Life. pray for guidance and light to the right path then leave it in His hands, have faith and believe that whatever happens, He knows best.
the Lord is my Sheperd and He has never failed me. Allow Him to lead and follow your heart cos when you open your doors to Him, that's where He will be. Never doubt His love for you.

suddenly feel so vulnerable...
saw this old man in chinatown and remembered a guy who used to come into the office long time ago...he passed away some months back. not close to this uncle but he was a regular, familiar face.
remembered a friend...we were close not too long ago...now no contact. personal short term satisfaction over long term friendship??
jakarta floods...losing everything in a downpour...your health, your wealth, your family and friends.
the thin line between having and not having.
i appreciate what i have now. we all have a higher calling. live your life, don't just work it to death. nothing is material.
