loneliness....
to be alone is something most will treasure especially when everyone's busy getting things done. 24 hours is never enough. i will always treasure my "alone" times be it in the morning at breakfast or in the night after dinner. this gives me time to do reflection and also plan things to do for the day or the next day...just so that i do not attempt to do too much and forget to appreciate the beauty of things around me. i love those moments.
however, to be lonely is painful. loneliness....of having no one to share your happiness and victories...no one to tell your accomplishments to...of having no one to hold you in times of sadness and failures...no one to tell you everything's going to be ok. the emptiness within cannot be described.
all we want is to be loved and cherished. is this so difficult?
