ever felt lost after somebody is gone? or maybe not gone but not meeting as often? friends you know you can rely on but never made time to keep in touch.

i've got a friend who really pampers me. someone who will carry my things, get food for me and make sure i do not get lost. we don't keep in touch as often anymore. if you are reading this, i will like to thank you for all that you have done. you once said that one can get used to loneliness. i'm still figuring that out.

done with plant fibre paint. it's a new form of art - textured art painting - simple and not messy. great for kids as well. helps in developing their motor skills.

my elder princess - she's an achiever, staying focus and making her dreams come true....hopefully not at the expense of her health though. doing adverts and dancing stints and i'm always amazed by what she can do with her school projects. she just sees things so differently. watch out for her in the May Day concert. she'll be dancing for Guo Mei Mei, Stefanie Sun and another malay singer (don't know her name) and she just did the opening dance number for JJ Lin's concert on sunday!! how proud can i get.

my younger princess - the sanest of the lot. she's a joy to talk to. sensitive and level headed. creative? she sure is. i'm still waiting for pictures of the files she decorated and looking forward to some t-shirts that she has been "assigned" to beautify. oops, i still owe her the denim flower brooch that she created from her outgrown jeans. oh dear...better get down to putting that brooch pin on for her. it's loooooooooong overdue.

the prince - hmmm...he's got a mind of his own. super-sensitive, super-witty, super-everything including flabby. he never fails to amaze me with his actions and thoughts. must get him to exercise other parts of his body besides his fingers working out while playing computer games then he can be SUPER HANDSOME. :))

so sad...had to miss dance today. my ankle needs to rest. i think i twisted some veins during wednesday's class while making many, many double turns. must practise more to perfect that turn. i want to teach dance some time. wish me all the best, ok?

jewellery making class went on well today. i'm glad the participants loved the design and some creative ones are already showing their talents by modifying it to something of their own character. just love these sessions. probably teach weaving of a bracelet the next week. something like the ones done by a friend of mine.
















ever wondered what your purpose is in life? i used to. now i don't anymore because what i am doing now feels so right. i know i am reaching that goal and with faith and trust, nothing will go wrong. heard of good and bad taps on the shoulders? be sensitive to the taps, follow your heart and nothing will go wrong. the Lord is the Way, the Truth and the Life...allow yourself to be guided. love yourself and allow yourself to be loved. everything you need will be provided for.

went for facial, then had lunch with my princesses who went shopping after that. it's already friday early morning and i've not packed stuff for the jewellery making class!! going to be a busy day of running around and getting things done and organised.

jeremy has added another category of commuters on our bus journey to school in the morning. there were 4 and now there are 5! when the bus reaches these stops, many empty spaces are created as big groups will be going off the bus.

1. the white people - Queenstown Secondary School
2. the big people - Science Park working class
3. the green people - near Normanton (new one - the army boys)
4. the yellow people - Fairfield Methodist Primary and Secondary School
5. the blue people - New Town Secondary School

always look forward to these stops.

woke up to accompany jeremy to school but couldn't do it...the whole world was spinning everytime i stood up. must be not enough sleep. >_<

may be zombied today but still had a few accomplishments. went to get some materials for craft classes, had a great time at the lunch time session in harbourfront, completed some orders for the cluster ring and a few nice new customers came into the shop near closing time. great way to end the day at the shop.

decided not to do any packing for friday's class until tomorrow. probably can't concentrate anymore. the brain has zonked out.....zzzzz.

both were sold within 2 days of completion. both were sold under circumstances of "showing off" to friends at coffee shop and food court with no intention of making a sale. anyway, both sales were transacted on location. moral of the story - must faster take photo and price item upon completion because their owners can appear anytime and anywhere.

it is certainly encouraging to know that my creations are appreciated and will be in good hands. keeps me going to want to do more.

to be alone is something most will treasure especially when everyone's busy getting things done. 24 hours is never enough. i will always treasure my "alone" times be it in the morning at breakfast or in the night after dinner. this gives me time to do reflection and also plan things to do for the day or the next day...just so that i do not attempt to do too much and forget to appreciate the beauty of things around me. i love those moments.

however, to be lonely is painful. loneliness....of having no one to share your happiness and victories...no one to tell your accomplishments to...of having no one to hold you in times of sadness and failures...no one to tell you everything's going to be ok. the emptiness within cannot be described.

all we want is to be loved and cherished. is this so difficult?

learnt the basics of updating a blog. thanks to my 2 princesses. i am sure there is a lot more to learn and do. all comments are welcome.

had a fruitful day today and completed all errands that i've set out to do.

• went to harbourfront to conduct my weekly craft session
• started on a sample of a ring, shall finish it tomorrow and will post a picture of it when done. :)
• got materials for my next weekly craft session for a school
• attended a briefing for an online procurement portal
• went for my dance class! must not miss anymore no matter how tired i am.

that's for today. now for tomorrow or rather in a few hours' time.

• complete the ring sample
• come up with a necklace design for session in school
• another design for a bracelet and necklace set for craft session at a girl's birthday party
• start on my next knitwear project
• continue crochet project and target to finish by next tuesday
• find suitable pattern for another knitwear project

this is what i've alway wanted to do...to design, create and share my passion.

life's been good to me.

the above has been ringing in my ears since last night. all the commotion. my kids will know what i'm talking about...the "wakeup" song.

finally got down to creating a blog for myself. any constructive feedback will be most welcome. this is just the first post. there will be more to come. i'll be introducing my creations and probably my thoughts for debating. feel free to share your own creations and opinions.
